A8: We implement a rigorous 5-stage quality assurance system to ensure every product meets international standards and your specific requirements. Here’s how we safeguard quality:

1. Engineering team conducts design for manufacturability checks to eliminate product risks.
2. All materials sourced from ISO-certified vendors with batch traceability.
3. Control point: Dimensional accuracy as CMM measurement(every 2 hours); Assembly consistency as automated optical inspection(real-time); Critical parameters as statistical process control(per batch).
4. Reliability test videos upon request, QC will inspect the item 100% during production, and will also make a random inspection before shipment.
5. Production pictures and packaging pictures will be provided before shipment.
